Five different players scored goals as the Mahomet-Seymour boys’ soccer team pitched its sixth shutout of the season on Saturday (Sept. 16) in a 5-0 win over Bloomington at Middletown Field.
The goals were tallied by Nolan Wheeler, Isaac Warren, Cohen DiFilippo, Ethan Ramirez and Travis Hoffman.
Warren and Kai Jones had two assists apiece and Michael Woodbury produced one assist.
Goalkeeper Hayden Litteken had three saves.
M-S (6-1-4) returns to action on Tuesday (Sept. 19) at Effingham (10-1).
