Letter to the Editor: Why can’t construction crews begin after school starts?

JUST A THOUGHT: Perhaps those who are demolishing the houses and clearing away the debris across the street north of Sangamon Elementary School could wait until 8:30 each morning so the drop-off of students isn’t adversely impacted. This morning was dangerous! And perhaps they could curtail their activity during after-school pick-up as well. Signed: Antoinette Warner
