Lincoln defeats Mahomet-Seymour in regular-season finale

Trey Peters scored 11 points on Thursday (Feb. 16), but the Mahomet-Seymour boys’ basketball team lost its regular-season finale at Lincoln, 41-27.

Peters also led the Bulldogs with seven rebounds.

Finn Randolph and Jake Waldinger each tallied four points.

Wyatt Bohm handed out five assists and Dayten Eisenmann pulled down five rebounds.

The Bulldogs are 0-3 against Lincoln this season.

M-S (12-16) returns to action on Wednesday (Feb. 22) in the Champaign Central Class 3A Regional against the host Maroons.
