Five Bulldogs win two matches at Centennial

Five Bulldogs won twice on Tuesday (Dec. 6) for Mahomet-Seymour’s wrestlers, which split two dual meets at Centennial.

M-S handled Centennial, 47-22, but dropped a 38-24 decision to Chatham Glenwood.

Winning both of their matches for the Bulldogs were Donovan Lewis (138 pounds), Tallen Pawlak (145 pounds), Cale Hillard (170 pounds), Brennan Houser (182) and Mateo Casillas (195 pounds).

Hillard won twice by pin. Pawlak won by pin and technical fall while Lewis had one pin and a win by decision. Houser registered technical fall victories in both of his matches. Casillas had one technical fall win and one forfeit win.

Casillas, Houser and Pawlak all have 8-0 season records.

Winning one match by pin on the night were Camden Heinold (132 pounds) and Camden Harms (285 pounds). Lukas Alstetter (106 pounds) added a win by forfeit.

M-S (4-1) returns to action on Saturday (Dec. 10) in the Bloomington Super Duals.
