I will never forget that year or Eli’s beautiful smile. Sara was such a brave mama with a big heart. That year with the DeYoung Family taught me more than anyone will ever know. Sara was selfless for her children, Josh, and so many other supporters. Sara even dug strawberries on one of her good days and brought them to Sangamon to share with the staff.
