Bulldogs come back to defeat Charleston

Jackson Bohm and Landyn Hannah each scored six points in the second quarter on Tuesday (Dec. 5) as the Mahomet-Seymour boys’ basketball team broke loose from a 12-12 deadlock and created a 30-21 halftime lead in an Apollo Conference contest it went on to win, 60-43, at Charleston.

Bohm totaled a game-high 21 points. Hannah produced a career-high 12 points and was the sixth Bulldog this season to score in double figures. Hannah hit a team-high two three-pointers.

Henry Wagner collected nine points and Finnley Randolph had six points. Connecting for four points apiece were Lucas Dyer, Braden Pagel and Miles Woolsey.

Bohm and Wagner both cleared five rebounds. Dyer grabbed a game-high six steals. Handing out two assists apiece were Dyer, Pagel and Wagner.

M-S (3-4) returns to action on Friday (Dec. 8) at home against Effingham.
