Help the Champaign County Forest Preserve kickoff their summer concert series with Candy Foster and The Shades of Blue on Sunday, June 10 from 5 to 7 p.m.
Candy Foster has entertained the Central Illinois area with upbeat blues hits from Etta James, The Temptations, Aretha Franklin and Ray Charles, among others, for more than 50 years. His group, Candy Foster and The Shades of Blue have been together for 20 years.
Visitors are invited to bring a blanket, lawn chairs and a picnic for this free event. Refreshments will also be available for purchase.
