Bulldogs capture win over Clinton in first home match

Mahomet-Seymour opened the home portion of its wrestling season on Tuesday (Dec. 14) and blitzed Clinton 53-9.

In non-forfeited matches, the Bulldogs held a 3-2 edge.

The M-S non-forfeit winners were Tallen Pawlak, with a pin at 138 pounds, Nicholas Demos, with a 17-2 technical fall win at 160 pounds, and Camden Harms, with a pin at 285 pounds.

Harms had the meet’s fastest fall, in 1 minute and 39 seconds.

M-S (12-3) returns to action on Saturday (Dec. 18) in a dual-meet tournament at Chatham Glenwood.
