The Mahomet-Seymour School board approved a double block math pilot program for freshmen, which would usually be placed in Algebra I A for the 2018-2019 school year.
Students participating in the two period Algebra I course will receive one math credit and will continue with the traditional Geometry/Algebra II sequence in subsequent years to satisfy math graduation requirements.
