MSHS Football
The Mahomet-Seymour Football team lost to Effingham 41 to 6 Friday night.
Lucas Morgan was the only Bulldog to score a touchdown. He also led the defensive effort with 12 touchdowns.
MSHS Volleyball
The Mahomet-Seymour Volleyball team defeated Mattoon 25-21 in the first set, but fell in the final two sets 22-25, 22-25 Thursday.
Savannah Matthews had 23 kills, 22 digs and 3 aces. Ansley Ranstead added 8 kills and 2 blocks.
Kayin Garner had 36 assists, 10 digs and 2 aces.
