The Mahomet Seymour Fast Pitch Association 12U Purple team capped an undefeated season by winning their league tournament held recently in St. Joseph.
The MSFPA 12U Purple won the Greater Champaign County Girls Softball League tournament by defeating Gifford 18-2, St. Joseph-Barton 16-1 and Champaign Border Black 15-3.
The team finished with a record of 20-0 and outscored their opponents 334-63.
