Area code 61875, including Seymour has 4 active cases, unchanged from Tuesday.
Champaign County currently has 1,589 active cases. On Monday, that number was at 772 active cases, according to the Champaign-Urbana Public Health Department.
Mahomet-Seymour School District
The latest Mahomet-Seymour School District COVID-19 dashboard numbers show that as of 9:30 on Nov. 18, there have been 22 of those learning in-person positive COVID-19 cases. The most recent positive cases were reported on Nov. 16 (4) and Nov. 17 (1).
In that same time period, 119 in-person students or staff have been placed in quarantine due to exposure to COVID-19.

Since March, there have been 79 hospitalized patients with COVID-19 who have died and 481 hospitalized patients with COVID-19 who have been discharged.
