The Bulldogs opened Apollo Conference action in girls’ soccer on Tuesday (April 27) at home and registered a dominating 8-0 triumph over Taylorville.
M-S held a 34-1 edge in shots on goal. The Bulldogs’ halftime lead was 5-0.
Both Cayla Koerner and Elise Hertling had hat tricks. Koerner finished with four goals and Hertling amassed three goals.
The other Bulldog goal was by Lauren Schnepper.
Brea Benson and Nyah Biegler had two assists apiece. Collecting one assist were Abby Bunting, Koerner and Schnepper.
M-S (2-1) returns to action on Thursday (April 29) at home against Mount Zion.
