Janda leads Mahomet-Seymour Soccer

Jacob Janda had a goal and an assist on Saturday as the Mahomet-Seymour boys’ soccer team won at Bloomington, 2-1.

Janda scored on a free kick with 10 minutes remaining, helping the Bulldogs to their fifth straight win.

During the winning streak, four of the five opponents have not scored more than one goal.

Eli Warren hit the first M-S goal on a penalty kick.

The Bulldogs return to action on Tuesday at Effingham.
