CUPHD Offers Free Meals for Kids During Late Summer Gap

The Champaign-Urbana Public Health District (CUPHD) will provide free meals to children through the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) beginning July 24.
The program will run through July 31, with additional service dates scheduled for August 10–12. Funded by the Illinois State Board of Education, SFSP offers free breakfast and lunch to children ages 1 to 18.
Meals will be served at the CUPHD facility, located at 201 W. Kenyon Road in Champaign. Breakfast is available from 9 to 10:30 a.m., and lunch is served from 12:45 to 2:15 p.m. All meals must be eaten on-site, and no registration is required.
