After a scoreless first half on Monday (Sept. 27) undefeated Urbana netted a second-half goal and made it hold up in a 1-0 boys’ soccer win over Mahomet-Seymour at Middletown Field.
“Another solid game by the boys against a quality opponent,” M-S coach Jeremy Davis said. “We are trending in the right direction.”
M-S (9-5-1) returns to action on Thursday (Sept. 30) at Charleston. Urbana has a 10-0-1 season record.
