Freshman Ainsley Winters shot rounds of 47 and 51 on Monday at the Jacksonville Class 1A Sectional.
With her score of 98, she did not qualify for state. It took an 88 to make the cut.
She was the lone Mahomet-Seymour competitor at sectional.
