The 2017 1st Prize Winner of the Mahomet Park and Recreation / Upper Sangamon River Conservancy Sangamon River Duck Race was Andrew White.
Andrew generously donated all of his $500 cash prize back to three local organizations. MPRD, USRC and the Mahomet Lions Club.
The Sangamon River Duck Race is an annual fundraising event for MPRD/USRC. Area businesses donate 30+ prizes that help support the fundraiser. Ducks are available each year at Mahomet Park and Recreation and from members of the USRC.
