The Bulldogs maintained their unbeaten record at home on Saturday (April 10), polishing off Monticello 26-19 in a seventh-grade girls’ basketball game.
Lily Bosworth netted a team-high eight points and Ava Yeakel contributed six points to the M-S cause.
On Monday (April 12), the Bulldogs were unable to hold onto a fourth-quarter lead and dropped a 20-17 decision at Mount Zion.
Yeakel led M-S with five points. Contributing four points apiece were Alivia Lewis and Paislee Welge,
M-S (6-2) had a five-game winning streak snapped by Mount Zion and will return to action on Thursday (April 15) at home against Tolono Unity.
