Savannah Orgeron scored a team-high 19 points on Thursday as the Bulldogs topped Charleston 66-57 to snap a three-game losing streak and defeat a team they had lost to previously.
Orgeron and Ashley Wheeler were the top M-S rebounders with seven apiece.
The Bulldogs led 17-9 after one quarter and 37-21 at halftime.
Makayla Rosenbery hit 13 points and Ashley Campbell added 10.
Cayla Koerner handed out seven assists and Durbin Thomas ended with four assists. Thomas and Nichole Taylor each contributed three steals.
M-S (16-12) returns to action tonight at home against Danville.
