The Mahomet-Seymour Junior High volleyball teams bounced back from losses on Tuesday (Jan. 25) to earn a win on Wednesday (Jan. 26).
The seventh-graders started the week with a 25-18, 25-19 loss at home to Tri-Valley. A day later, the seventh-graders swept past visiting Maroa-Forsyth, 25-19, 25-13.
The seventh-graders are 7-2 with four two-set sweeps.
The eighth-graders fell to Tri-Valley, 25-23, 25-19 before regrouping to defeat Maroa-Forsyth, 25-10, 25-9.
The eighth-graders are 8-2. Both squads return to action on Thursday (Feb. 3) at home against Normal Parkside.
