The Mahomet-Seymour Fast Pitch Association (MSFPA) 12u team recently completed their season at the Greater Champaign County Girls Softball Association tournament in St. Joseph. The team finished in 4th place with an overall record of 7-7.
Mahomet came out on top 21-11 against Champaign in the quarterfinals game. In the semifinals, they lost to St. Joseph 8-6, then lost to Gifford in extra innings 21-20 during the game for third place.
