Marching Bulldogs take first in 5A at EIU

The Mahomet-Seymour Marching Band captured first place in the 5A division at the 2019 Eastern Illinios University Marching Band Competition on Oct. 5.

The Bulldogs took best general, best drum major and best auxiliary.

Washington Community, who placed second, took best music, best visual and best percussion.

Champaign Central placed third and Urbana High School got a participation award.
