Mahomet’s First Concert Series Kicks Off at Barber Park with Music, Food, and Family Fun
Mahomet Parks and Rec will host the first of four summer concerts at Barber Park this Friday from 6 to 8 p.m.
Each Friday concert will not only feature an array of live music but also an assortment of food trucks, activities like face painting, a bounce house for kids, and local parks’ amenities like new splash pads and playgrounds. Attendees can look forward to a rotating selection of local cuisine from food trucks such as Maize, Maria’s Kitchen, Pasta Mania, and Ice Daddy’s, ensuring there’s something to satisfy every palate.
