The Village of Mahomet Board of Trustees is set to approve the Final Plat for the Harvest Edge Second and Third Subdivision.  This current phase includes 67 single-family lots and one outlot across 20.46 acres, with walkable connections and sidewalk improvements along several streets in the subdivision.

Located on the south side of South Mahomet Road near Littlefield Lane, this new phase covers 20.46 acres with new connections along Country Ridge Drive, Allis Drive, Garner Drive, Massey Drive, and enhanced walkability with sidewalk extensions.

Harvest Edge is a multi-phase project, and the upcoming phases are expected to add approximately 80 more residential lots to the subdivision.

The subdivision has made moves to improve pedestrian infrastructure by opting to extend sidewalks along County Road 425 E. Only minor technical modifications remain, with no new waivers requested at this stage beyond those already approved in earlier planning sessions.
