Mahomet-Seymour Volleyball Sweeps Charleston

Mahomet-Seymour’s Apollo Conference-leading volleyball team scored a two-set sweep at Charleston on Thursday (Sept. 26), dealing the Trojans a 25-17, 25-10 loss.

Erin Dallas handed out 17 assists and Ellie Barker pounded seven kills to go with one service ace.

The Bulldogs are 5-0 in league matches.

The M-S junior varsity team defeated Charleston, 25-13, 25-10, and the freshmen were victorious, 21-17, 21-18.

The Bulldogs (16-2) have a six-match winning streak entering a Tuesday (Oct. 1) match at home against Paxton-Buckley-Loda.
