Mahomet Lights Up for the Holidays with MARVELous and Santa Extravaganza
The holiday season in Mahomet is shining brighter than ever as the 4th annual Hodges and Dodges Christmas LIGHT SHOW will “Marvel” the community on Dec. 13. The much-anticipated MARVELous and Santa Extravaganza promises an unforgettable evening of festive illuminations, holiday cheer, and superhero magic, all for a good cause.
The extravaganza spans two enchanting locations:
- 106 Red Bud Court
Families can start their evening by visiting Santa Claus himself at the Hodges home, where dazzling lights dance to music on 103.3 FM. The display captures the magic of the holidays, creating a perfect backdrop for memorable photos with Santa. - 206 Spruce
The holiday adventure continues just down the street, where guests are welcomed into a superhero-themed wonderland. By tuning into 99.9 FM, visitors can enjoy a light show accompanied by music as they spend time with their favorite Marvel superheroes.
Both locations are working to spread not only joy but also generosity. Each house will be collecting donations to support meaningful causes:

Donations of non-perishable items or monetary contributions will be collected for Mom’s Pantry, a local organization providing essential support to families in need. A list of requested items can be found on the event page or the Hodges Christmas LIGHT SHOW Facebook page. - 206 Spruce
Visitors can make monetary contributions to the American Cancer Society, supporting the fight against cancer.
