Car enthusiasts and families alike are revving their engines in anticipation of the 2025 Mahomet Auto Fest, set to take place on Saturday, July 13.
From 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Main Street will be lined with beautifully restored classics, modern marvels, and everything in between. The Auto Fest welcomes vehicles of all types and eras, making it a must-see for anyone with a passion for cars or an appreciation for craftsmanship and history.
A highlight of the festival was the public voting for the Auto Fest Car Show Awards. Visitors were invited to cast their ballots for their favorite entries, adding an interactive and community-driven element to the festivities. The anticipation built throughout the day, culminating in a trophy presentation at 2:30 PM, where 45 trophies were awarded to standout vehicles and their proud owners.

Following the awards, the excitement continued with the Lake of the Woods Cruise. At around 4:00 PM, participants departed Main Street, heading north to the Museum of the Grand Prairie. From there, the convoy cruised through the scenic Lake of the Woods park, offering a rolling display of automotive artistry for spectators along the route
