M-SJHS junior high wrestling ends regular season with 18 dual wins

Mahomet-Seymour’s junior high wrestling team finished the regular season with an 18-5 record in dual meets.
The Bulldogs will host a Class 2A IESA regional tournament on Saturday (Feb. 25).
Schools can enter up to two participants in each of the 19 weight classes.
The action at M-S will begin at 9 a.m.
The Bulldogs’ dual meet wins were against Normal Kinglsey (75-22), Lincoln (84-23), Bloomington (64-42), Mount Zion (60-33), Clinton (62-34), Prairie Central (87-20), Tremont (66-36), Pittsfield (81-18), St. Agnes (96-6), Petersburg Porta (82-18), Monticello (59-36), Heyworth (69-28), Normal Parkside (81-19), Lawrenceville (78-12), Bloomington (63-39), Canton (70-27), New Lenox (49-41) and Normal Chiddix (87-3).
The M-S losses were to Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley (57-30), Gibson City-Melvin-Sibey (65-30), Mattoon (52-51), Coal City (56-39) and Homer Glen (57-43).
