Losing streak continues for Mahomet-Seymour boys’ basketball

Mahomet-Seymour’s boys’ basketball losing streak reached five games on Tuesday (Jan. 30) in a 56-43 setback at home to Normal Community.

Both Jackson Bohm and Miles Woolsey had eight points to pace the Bulldogs. Landyn Hannah tallied seven points and Cade Starrick finished with six points. Lucas Dyer and Henry Wagner chipped in with four points. Braden Pagel and Finn Randolph both swished three points.

Bohm pulled down six rebounds and Dyer grabbed five boards. Hannah contributed four assists and two steals. Dyer collected three assists.

NCHS led, 14-6, after one quarter and 26-17 at halftime.

M-S (8-13) returns to action at home on Thursday (Feb. 1) against Charleston.
