Logsdon Extends Hitting Streak Despite Mahomet-Seymour’s 13-2 Defeat at Monticello

Madelyn Logsdon powered two doubles, extending her hitting streak to 11 games, but the Mahomet-Seymour softball team suffered a 13-2 loss at Monticello on Wednesday (May 8).

Rio Casillas, Madeleine Cortez, Brooke Hartman and Ava Henderson all landed one hit for the Bulldogs. The M-S runs were scored by Olivia Minor and Madisyn White. Hartman had an RBI.

M-S (6-18) returns to action on Thursday (May 9) at Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley.
