Homer Soda Festival June 4
Orange. Cherry. Citrus. Ginger. Blueberry. This is just a sample of the 250 different kinds of soda that will be available for tasting at the Fourth Annual Homer Soda Festival in downtown Homer on June 4.
With 40 unique soda vendors, the 2016 Homer Soda Festival has expanded to also include the Sundowners Classic Car Show and Cruise, the Brick Street BBQ Cook Off, kid’s activities, such as bounce houses, pony rides and laser tags, along with great food, including BBQ and pizza, from over 20 local vendors.
Also new this year, visitors can reserve personal or tandem bikes free of charge or take a horse and buggy ride through town.
There is no charge to get into the event, but tasting tickets are sold in groups of 10 for $4. Visitors can also purchase unlimited tastings for $15 per person. New this year was a $20 VIP pass with unlimited tastings and Fast Track lines available for pre-purchase, but these tickets have already sold out.
The Homer Soda Festival will run from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
