Hoffman Scores Twice as Mahomet-Seymour Soccer Secures First Shutout of Season, 2-0 Against Mount Zion

Hayden Litteken registered nine saves on Thursday (Sept. 19) as the Mahomet-Seymour boys’ soccer team posted its first shutout of the season, 2-0 at Mount Zion.

Travis Hoffman notched both of the Bulldogs’ goals. Chris Bowie and Colin Jackson each had an assist.

Hoffman now has a team-high 11 goals.

M-S (5-4-1 and 3-0 in Apollo Conference matches) returns to action on Monday (Sept. 23) at Middletown Field against Lincoln.
