The Village of Mahomet will celebrate Mahomet’s History with a presentation at the Masonic Lodge at 414 E Main Street on September 30 from 10 to 11:35 a.m.
The event will begin with a welcome statement from the Mayor, Sean Widener. Then from 10 to 10:30, Greg Pasley will give a presentation titled “From Middletown to Mahomet.”
Chris Hicks will talk about the history of the Masonic Lodge for 10 minutes at 10:30, then a panel, which includes Pasley, Bill Dale, Rick Williams, Kate Snyder and Chris Hicks will run until 11:30.
At 11:35 there will be a plaque dedication ceremony at the Village Administration Building.
