Freshman Lunney Maintains Undefeated Streak in Mahomet-Seymour Tennis Despite Team Loss

Freshman Samuel Lunney remained unbeaten in singles on Thursday (April 11) by winning his third straight-set decision in a home match for the Mahomet-Seymour boys’ tennis team against Effingham.
Lunney topped Preston Siner 7-6 (4), 6-3 to improve his season record to 3-0.
He was the lone Bulldog winner in a 5-1 dual-meet loss to Effingham.
M-S (2-1) returns to action on Monday (April 15) at Mount Zion.
