The Mahomet-Seymour School District has been notified that Mahomet-Seymour Junior High School Assistant Principal and Athletic Director Justin Franzen has resigned his position.
Franzen will become the Assistant principal and Athletic/Activities Director at St. Joe-Odgen High School at the beginning of the 2018-2019 school year.
St. Joe-Ogden’s gain is Mahomet’s loss. Sorry to see Mr. Franzen go. Wishing him and his family the best!
We love Mr. Franzen! He has always been a positive influence on the kids who genuinely cares. Several parents and I were wondering why, all of a sudden, we are losing so many quality people from our district?
I was really hoping my kids would get to know him. He was one of my favorite teachers in high school! Definitely St. Joe’s gain.
