The Village of Mahomet will collect electronics for recycling on May 10 from 8 a.m. to noon in the rear parking lot of the Village of Mahomet Administration Building.
The Village holds the electronic recycling event in the spring and fall each year. Residents have dropped off enough electronics to fill up more than a truckload in the past, so the Village has requested two box trucks for this spring drop-off.

The Village will not accept radioactive or hazardous materials, non-electronics, corrosives, compressed gas cylinders, flammable materials, refrigerants, PCSs or explosives.
The Upper Sangamon River Conservancy members will also volunteer at this event.
