Despite Efforts from Henderson and Granadino, Mahomet-Seymour Softball Falls 11-4 to St. Joseph-Ogden

Ava Henderson drove in two runs and Kalista Granadino scored two runs, but the Mahomet-Seymour softball team dropped an 11-4 decision at home to St. Joseph-Ogden on Thursday (April 25).
Granadino and Henderson had hits as did teammates Madeleine Cortez, Rio Casillas, Madelyn Logsdon and Madison Taylor.
Cortez had an RBI and also scored a run. Taylor also tallied a run.
Henderson pitched a complete game and suffered the loss. She walked three and struck out four.
M-S (4-13) returns to action on Monday (April 29) at home against Decatur MacArthur.
