Closure at Franklin and Lombard beginning Feb. 14

Beginning Wednesday, February 14 at 7:00 am Franklin Street between Lombard Street (Route 47) and East Street will be closed during the daytime hours of 7:00 am and 4:30 pm for repair and installation of a storm sewer.  The work and daytime street closures is expected to take approximately one week.
