Champaign County voters can now use drop boxes for Consolidated Election
Champaign County voters can now can utilize drop boxes for the Consolidated Election and beyond thanks to HB 1871 that Governor Pritzker signed into law yesterday. The locations for drop boxes around Champaign and Urbana will be opened Saturday by 9AM and available for use until April 6 at 7PM for the Consolidated Election. The signing of HB 1871 allows for the use of drop boxes for all future elections in Illinois. Locations to drop off vote by mail ballots are listed below:

o 200 W Green, C, north of mailbox on State St
· Champaign Public Library-Douglass Branch
o 504 E Grove, C, circle drive
· CU Public Health District
o 201 W Kenyon Rd, C, in east parking lot
· Sholem Pool
o 2205 Sangamon Dr, C, at the top of the circle drive
· Urbana Public Library
o 210 W Green, U, in parking lot
· University of Illinois Quad
o 1401 W Green St, NW corner, accessible by foot/bike only
