MSJHS 8th grade girls basketball captures IESA Class 4 Regional Championship
The Mahomet-Seymour eighth grade girls basketball team defeated Champaign Jefferson 36-18 Friday to capture the IESA Class 4A Regional Championship. The Bulldogs will return to play Wednesday at 6 p.m. as they face Effingham Junior High in IESA Sectional play at home.

The Mahomet-Seymour Girls’ Basketball team captured the seventh-grade 4A IESA Sectional title by defeating Effingham 32-29 in overtime Wednesday. The Bulldogs will face Chatham Glenwood at Bollingbrook Brooks Middle School at 2:30 p.m. Saturday.
