Mahomet-Seymour graduate Brett Melton will host the 1st Annual Shooting Clinic at Mahomet-Seymour High School on July 25-27.
Melton’s staff will emphasize fundamental shooting mechanics, proper footwork and a quick release. They will also teach young players how to create their own shot.
Melton began his collegiate career at the University of Illinois in 2001 before transferring to the University of San Diego in 2003. He finished his career playing professional basketball in California and Mexico.
