This summer, the Mahomet Public Library is inviting young scientists and engineers to put their creativity and problem-solving skills to the test with its new “Level Up! STEM” series. Designed for students entering grades 2 through 5, the program features a hands-on STEM challenge every other Tuesday from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm, starting June 11.
Dates and Challenges:
June 11: Egg Drop Challenge
June 25: LEGO Derby
July 9: DIY Articulated Grabber
July 23: Paper Plate Rollercoasters
To ensure a hands-on experience for every participant, registration is required for each session. Parents and guardians can register their children by calling the library directly.
