Commentary: Something for everyone!
Sadly, we are all seeing so much sorrow happening locally and internationally. However, there are lots of good things happening too. For example, Muslims are celebrating Ramadan, Christians just celebrated Easter, March Madness is in full swing, and the Solar Eclipse. How exciting for the new generation. It’s a lifetime experience. Especially, the aurora will be just south of the path of totality, or the moment the Moon completely blocks the Sun.
Spring is here which symbolizes a new beginning. The flowers are blooming, people are traveling, kids are outside playing, walkers and joggers are getting back in the swing of things, and birds are chirping and making nests. Many people are trying their luck to win Mega Millions and the Powerball Lottery. These are highlights of what came to my mind. If we all look closely, there are so many more happy and positive things happening every single day. As individuals, our attitudes help us to decide if the glass is half empty or half full.
If you can’t find anything, be grateful for waking up every single morning and being alive. That’s the biggest blessing we all have. I believe the more we are grateful, the more we receive. Nobody’s life is perfect. We have no control of when things go wrong but we sure have control of how we react to challenges. That’s where our power is. “Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation of abundance.” ~Eckhart TolleLife is beautiful!
