O’Donnell finishes 20th at IHSA state meet

Mahomet-Seymour freshman Talynn O’Donnell finished 20^th in the IHSA state swimming meet in the 200-yard freestyle on Friday (Nov. 11) at FMC Natatorium at Ty Warner Park, in Westmont.

O’Donnell’s time was 1 minute, 57.80 seconds.

She was one of four freshmen at state in the event.

O’Donnell wound up in 26^th place in the 500-yard freestyle. Her time was 5:19.69.

She was one of six freshmen at state in the distance freestyle race.
