M-S Volleyball remains unbeaten in Apollo Conference

Mahomet-Seymour stayed unbeaten in Apollo Conference action on Tuesday (Sept. 7), collecting a two-set sweep at Mattoon, 25-19, 25-17.

Junior Libby Bodine led the Bulldogs (2-0 in the Apollo) with 16 digs. Junior Maddie Gaede had 13 assists and sophomore Avery Allen knocked eight kills.

The Bulldogs (8-1 overall) return to action on Thursday (Sept. 9) at home against Mount Zion.

Mattoon won the junior varsity match, 25-19, 21-25, 15-4, but the M-S freshmen were victorious, 21-13, 21-8.
