SVPWD trustees to be elected

Moving forward, Sangamon Valley Public Water District trustees will be elected by their customers, according to the Champaign County Clerk’s website.

Preliminary results show 506 voters chose “no” and 1,456 chose “yes.”

Official results will be available in 14 days.
