Athlete of the Week: Clayton Hubble

Mahomet-Seymour running back Clayton Hubble was named to the 2021 Illinois Shrine Game Roster in December. 

During the 2019 season, the junior led the Bulldogs (4-4) in rushing with 150 attempts, 652 yards and 4 touchdowns, receiving with 22 catches, 348 years and 4 touchdowns and 15 kickoff returns for 269 years and 1 touchdown.

Over three years in the Mahomet-Seymour football program, Hubble has accumulated 1,906 yards and 17 touchdowns. 

The Shrine Game is sponsored by the Illinois Coaches Association and the Mohammed Shriners Club. After a week-long event, which includes All-Star practices and a visit to the Shriners Hospital for Children in Chicago, the Shrine game will be played at Illinois Wesleyan University on June 19, 2021.
