Dylan Scott to headline Mahomet Music Festival
American country pop singer and songwriter Dylan Scott is set to headline the Mahomet Music Festival on August 24.
Scott, the ACM-nominated, multi-Platinum singer who has notched four No. 1 singles on the radio (“My Girl,” “Nobody,” “New Truck,” and “Can’t Have Mine”), as well as Top 5 hit “Hooked.” Drew Baldridge, who has garnered over 350 million streams worldwide and has had over 300 million plays on TikTok with his hit “She’s Somebody’s Daughter,” will be opening the show.
Friday Night Lights and Sounds
The festival kicks off on Friday, August 23, with Rearview, a band dedicated to celebrating the legendary sounds of Pearl Jam headling. Known for their faithful renditions and electric live performances, Rearview is a must-see for fans of the iconic rock band. Providing support is the dynamic duo Jake & Mikayla, bringing a high-energy country music show that weaves together elements of Outlaw, Rockabilly, Gospel, Bluegrass, and more, ensuring a diverse musical experience. Local talent Lexi is also set to perform, promising to showcase the rich musical talent found within Mahomet and the surrounding areas.

Adding to the day’s diversity, Cochren & Company will headline the Christian music segment. The 2023 Dove Award Nominee has had four top-10 hits since 2021, including “Running Home,” “Church (Take Me Back),” “One Day,” and “Who Can.”
